When will you dispatch my goods? We currently aim to dispatch all barfi orders placed before 1pm on the same day! 1st Class delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 days but is not guaranteed by Royal Mail, Special Delivery is guaranteed next working day. (Updated October 2008)

How much notice do you need for cake deliveries? We require a minimum of 3 working days notice on all cakes. Five weeks notice for cupcake wedding cakes. You can specify your required delivery date during the checkout process.

How much does delivery cost? Our standard delivery is via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Single item delivery is £2.99, Two or more item delivery starts from £4.95 (cost per delivery address). Special Delivery is £7.99 for a single item and £9.99 for two or more items. Cake delivery is via our own delivery service and is priced at £14.99.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, at present we do not accept American Express. Barfibox uses the latest security and encryption methods to ensure you peace of mind when making payments online.

Can I send your products as a gift? Of course you can! Just complete the relevant sections during the checkout process. We can even send a gift card with your personal message.

Where do you deliver? Our products can be sent throughout the U.K. Cake & cupcake delivery is currently within the London M25 Only.

How should I store the Barfi? To keep the Barfi in excellent condition it should be stored in a cool, dry environment and away from direct sunlight. We do not recommend placing the Barfi in a refrigerator as the excessive cold and moisture affect the quality of the product. The Barfi should be consumed within 10 days.

Is there any allergy information I should be aware of? Yes. Our products contain Milk and traces of Nuts. Our cakes contain Milk, Wheat and traces of Nuts.

Do your products contain any artificial preservatives or GM ingredients? No, all Barfibox products are free from artificial preservatives and GM products.

Will you be adding more products to your website? Yes, at Barfibox we are constantly creating wonderful new recipes for our customers to enjoy.
